We had a wonderful time in Australia, and I am so grateful for all the help and advice I received from our Kimkim advisors, most notably Siena! Everyone at Kimkim was helpful from start to finish. They were responsive to my numerable messages and queries, and I greatly appreciated that. The hotels chosen for us were perfect, just what we wanted, and the same goes for the small tours that we had in Sydney, Uluru, and Melbourne. We did not want to be on a big coach, and all the tours were just what we asked for! I have never used a travel service before, and Kimkim made all the difference for me. I will definitely be using them again.

Our trip to northern Queensland was excellent. Kimkim helped us plan a fantastic itinerary for our large group (7 adults, 4 kids) that fit our budget and preferences, with quick, helpful responses throughout. The local tour operators were outstanding—especially Salty Dog Kayaks, Back Country Bliss Adventures, and Sailaway Port Douglas—with the Mackay Reef snorkelling trip a standout highlight.

Our only regret was staying in Airlie Beach rather than on Hamilton Island. While Airlie and our accommodation were lovely, we underestimated how far it is from the most scenic parts of the Whitsundays. With limited time, we wish we’d paid extra to stay on one of the islands. We’d recommend future travellers stay directly on a Whitsundays island if possible.

If you are looking to create your own vacation, kimkim is the company you want. They were superb in planning exactly what our small group wanted while at the same time providing truly wonderful drivers and professional guides for each day. Everyone was friendly and eager to please while also providing recommendations for restaurants and other activities. Kimkim was perfection!

Our first trip to Greece was exactly what I expected it to be, thanks so Siena and KimKim. She asked the right questions in order to cater each day to what we wanted to see and do. She had great recommendations and provided all the details necessary for us to pack and plan appropriately for 11 days.

There were minor hiccups but nothing detrimental to the overall experience, and with so many details planned, we weren’t expecting everything to go perfect.

This hotel was right on the water with amazing views from the room and garden rooftop. Walking out the front door of the hotel put you right in the middle of Old Town with so much going on, everything you could want was there.

The location of the hotel made it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The streets are narrow and double parked so that made it difficult for taxis or drivers to be able to pull up right to the door, but it was usually just short walk up the street to the main road. We took advantage of the 7th floor terrace and enjoyed the Acropolis views from our balcony!

This was our favorite excursion of the whole trip! It was fun and exciting! We got to feed and milk a goat, got to take a wild ride up the mountain, saw a beautiful sunset with wine and fruit provided, and finished with dinner in a quaint little tavern.

Mycenae was very interesting to walk through and imagine how it was so long ago. But the views of the area from the top were what I was most impressed with...just spectacular 360* views that you can't see anywhere else. We loved Nafplio but our time there seemed rushed in order to get back on schedule.

Our driver Yannis was excellent. He was very friendly with a lot of history to share. The actual site of Delphi was beautiful to see and our guide Theodore was very passionate about the stories and past of the area. After the archaeological site and museum visit, our driver reserved us a table for lunch at a great restaurant.

The drive was long but Yannis was a safe driver and made sure we were comfortable. We were able to sneak in a nap on the drive back so that we could continue our Greece adventures later into the evening after the long trip.

Ancient Athens Acropolis & Mythology Walk

Our guide Eleni was very accommodating, asking us all along the way what we needed/wanted, gave us options for making the excursion more comfortable for us, gave us so much history and told great stories of all the Greek Gods. She gave a great lunch spot recommendation, was very friendly and personable. It was a long day but we loved every minute of it.

Siena did a great job. My only negatives really don't concern KIM KIM. Diver was rude and not helpful in Santorini. Also the A/C did not work in the hotel.
The gentlemen who did our private Acropolis & Acropolis Museum Experience was great. So knowledgeable ,funny and kind. Also the gentlemen who did Meteora Private Off-the-Beaten-Path Villages & Countryside Excursion, Self-Guided Visit to Churches and Monasteries was very passionate and very kind.
