Antigua Casona San Blas, Cusco

This hotel was a jewel. It's tucked in a narrow street and you don't know how beautiful it is until you go through the door. The patio is the first thing you see and it's so pretty-lots of seating and firepits for cool nights. The restaurant is right off the rear and the bar as well, both of which are great. Our room was perfect for us. A comfortable king size bed, several bottles of water throughout the room, space for our clothes, and coffee/tea if we wanted it. The room was very clean and the waters were replaced several times each day and there is also a filtered water fountain in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly and personable. We had a spa treatment our last day (massage and then they hyperbaric chamber--so great!) and that was wonderful. The lobby has a neat little room off to the side that has waters, teas, and coffee for you. The restaurant was great too--we ate breakfast there each morning which included a delicious buffet with fruits, oatmeal, breads, salads, fresh juices, and coffee or you could order from the menu. They also served lunch and dinner, and everything we ate was yummy. The bar staff was so friendly and made drink recommendations for us. We loved sitting at the open window at the bar and watching the activity on the patio. The location was great--within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, market places. The entire vibe was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

I had the misfortune of getting sick while we were guests. The staff was wonderfully responsive. Lovely people. Lovely hotel. I recommend it very highly. I would be delighted to stay there again.

The first hotel we stayed at in Cusco was very much our style, more of a personal and boutique hotel. We really enjoyed it, as it was smaller and more suited to our preferences. It provided a warm and personalized experience that we prefer over larger, more commercial hotels.

Staying at Antigua Casona San Blas in Cusco was wonderful. This hotel had a very traditional and cozy atmosphere, which we appreciated greatly. It felt very personal and was definitely our style. The service was attentive and the ambiance was perfect for our first stay in Cusco. It truly set the tone for the rest of our trip.

We loved this little gem in the middle of Cusco . There were special perks like hot water bottle waiting for us after a long day . The hotel was really well designed and breakfast was great

Gorgeous hotel. We loved our rooms, and we all LOVED the hot water bottles and tea that were placed in the room each evening. Our daughters couldn't get over how cozy it was to snuggle with the fuzzy cover. The breakfast was amazing and I wish I could have that breakfast bowl every morning. The staff was very accommodating and if anything I wish we could have had more time there to relax and enjoy the beautiful courtyard.

This was a fantastic hotel! Well located in Cusco - walking distance to the main square, and near many artists and shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful with many small touches to make guests feel welcome. For instance, they warm the beds with hot water bottles and offer tea bags and a thermos of hot water to make tea in your room when you arrive.
The breakfast was included and it was excellent! One of the best I've had. There were many healthy choices at the partial buffet, and you also order eggs and other food from the menu.

Our best hotel in Peru, we wish we had more time to enjoy this amazing place. We were greeted by Frank who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful room ready for us with hot tea, hot water bottles and more, and Miguel who was so friendly and fantastic at breakfast.
