Elise Harmand
I was born near Paris and raised in the South of France, a beautiful region lulled by the sea, the countryside and authentic cities.
I had the opportunity to travel to many countries and cities, to discover cultures, traditions and encounter with locals. Every trip is an experience, and I try to fully feel the destination that I am discovering.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I regularly visit different regions of France because I like this diversity and this authenticity. Each region has its own character and is rich in local culture. History, gastronomy and leisure are elements present in my daily life but also during my stays abroad.
I have visited Paris a lot, and I also know Provence, Côte d'Azur and Alsace very well. These regions have a lot to offer but there are also so many treasures to discover."
How did you get involved in travel?
"My passion for travel comes from my parents. Since I was young, I had the chance to go on vacation every year with my family. We mainly traveled in France the first years, and we extended our trips to Europe and then to other continents when I grew up. It was an incredible opportunity to discover other regions, to open up to other ways of life and to taste this feeling of freedom."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I will never forget my trip to Egypt. A cruise on the Nile made me discover this beautiful country, its history, its culture, its gastronomy and the breathtaking landscapes. I will never forget the kindness of the locals without whom my trip would not have been the same."
