On arrival in Amman, your driver will transfer you to your hotel to freshen up before you head out to a Jordanian meal of mansaf (the national dish made with lamb and rice). In the morning, you'll head north to Jerash for a tour of the well-preserved Greco-Roman ruins. Then, your driver will take you to Ajloun Castle, where you can climb to the top of the Crusader fortress for sweeping views over the forested countryside. After touching down in Amman, your driver will take you to Wadi Numeira for a hike through the sandstone canyon. Then, you'll head to Wadi Bin Hammad to rappel down waterfalls before hopping back in the car and transferring to the Dana Biosphere Reserve. In the morning, you'll set off on a 10-mile (16 km) hike through sandstone gorges along the Wadi Dana Trail (keep an eye out for ibex and other wildlife!).
