Overview

Cruise along Santorini's famed caldera with this lunch cruise aboard a stylish catamaran. The island's past volcanic eruptions shaped its unique terrain, and you'll visit the entire volcanic coastline. Along the way, admire moon-like rock formations, explore volcanic coves, and soak in natural hot springs.

You'll board your semi-private catamaran at Vlychada's port and enjoy drinks and a welcome treat as you make your way into the caldera's lagoon. Your first stop is the scenic Red Beach, where you can swim or snorkel in the sea. As you continue through the crater, enjoy views of White Beach, Indian Rock, and the Venetian Lighthouse. All this scenery stands before a lunar-like backdrop of surreal rock formations.

Next, relax in natural hot springs, where thermal sulfurous water from the volcano soothes your body. This area features lava caves and black-sand beaches. As you continue and pass charming villages, enjoy scenes of the Oia's lively ports, Fira's white-washed buildings, and Akrotiri's Venetian castle. 

Your final stop is one of Santorini's best-kept secrets: Mesa Pigadia Beach. Here, you'll enjoy a freshly prepared Greek BBQ onboard the catamaran. After lunch, you'll return to Vlychada.

Tips for future travelers

Travelers should definitely get the tour that offers lunch. It is so cool to watch. The staff do their magic in the catamaran kitchen. They are experts, indeed.

We had perfect weather. The crew was impeccable, and very good hosts. The music was great, and all of the stops we made were perfectly timed and educational.

The mail on this boat was actually one of the best meals we had on our entire vacation. It is so impressive what they can do on a catamaran!
