Glass-bottom Boat Ride from Tossa de Mar
Private: Dali Triangle and Cadaqués Day Trip
The Dalí Theatre-Museum is regarded as the world's largest surrealist museum. Inaugurated in 1974, it rises on the remains of the former Municipal Theatre of Figueres, considered to be the last great work of Salvador Dalí. Everything in it was conceived and designed by the artist so as to offer visitors a real experience and draw them into his unique and captivating world.
Portlligat is a small, isolated fisherman's hut, with an astonishing landscape. The House-Museum in Portlligat was Salvador Dalí's only place of residence, where he lived and worked until 1982. Dalí spent 40 years building his perfect home, resulting in a labyrinthine structure, which spreads out in a succession of spaces linked by narrow corridors, slight level changes and blind passageways. The different spaces are decorated with carpets, whitewash, dried flowers, velvet upholstery, antique furniture, etc, belonging to the artist. Furthermore, all the rooms have windows of different shapes and proportions, framing a landscape which is a constant point of reference in Dalí's work: the Portlligat bay.
After Gala's death, Dalí moved to the Púbol Castle. At the Gala-Dalí Castle of Púbol, open to the public since 1996, visitors can discover the medieval building in which Gala infuses Salvador Dalí's creativity right down to the finest details, and whose goal was to provide Gala with a quiet and secluded place.
Tickets of Theatre-Museum Dalí in Figueres, Dalí House in PortLligat and Gala Dalí Castle of Pubol, lunch and extra drinks NOT included.
