Delos & Rhenia Sailing Cruise & Lunch, Mykonos

Meet your skipper and crew as you step aboard a classic sailing yacht, then chart a course for the mystical island of Delos and the secluded paradise of Rhenia. Relax on deck and soak up the sun as you cruise the Aegean, or lend a hand with navigation if you're feeling adventurous. You can disembark and explore the UNESCO-listed ancient ruins of Delos on your own before continuing to Rhenia for swimming, snorkeling, and a delicious lunch on board.

Your morning starts when you make your way to the Mykonos New Port, where you'll meet your skipper and step aboard the 42-foot (13 m) sailing yacht Zephyros. Nab a spot on deck and chat with the rest of your small group as you set sail for Delos, just one hour away. As your captain navigates through the tranquil waters, you'll have the option to lend a hand with the ropes and steering or simply relax on the deck and soak up the Mediterranean sun.

Upon arrival at Delos, you can spend some time exploring the ruins of one of Greece's most sacred places at your own pace. The entire island is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with evidence of settlements dating back to the third millennium BCE. In Greek mythology, this was the birthplace of Artemis and Apollo, and you'll find the remains of temples, sanctuaries, and monuments devoted to the gods, as well as an ancient amphitheater and the famous Terrace of Lions. You can also choose to stay on board and enjoy the sea or sunbathe on the nearby beaches. 

After your time on Delos, you'll cruise across a narrow strait to the tiny, pristine island of Rhenia. Here, you'll have around three hours to swim or snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, bask in the sun on the sandy beaches, or simply unwind on deck with a refreshing drink. While you enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, the crew will prepare a delicious lunch featuring local specialties and chilled Greek wine. Later on, you'll take in more spectacular views of the Cyclades as you relax with a farewell drink and sail back to port.
