Southside Cycling Tour, Santorini

Explore Santorini's scenic southern region on two wheels and visit some of the island's hidden treasures with this half-day guided cycling tour. After meeting your qualified guide and getting acquainted with your equipment, you'll warm up with a ride at a beautiful beach featuring the island's signature black sand. Then, start your cycle along ancient paths and trails to traditional villages locked in time.

Pass through Ancient Thera, and stop at the picturesque village of Emporio to enjoy a short tour of the town's medieval castle. Pedal through the island's scenic wine roads, which twist and turn to the village of Megalohori. 

As you cycle back toward Fira, enjoy panoramic views of Santorini's famed caldera. Stop to visit a small cave chapel and traditional windmills. You'll end the tour with one final stop at a popular beach.

Along the way, you'll take breaks where you'll enjoy refreshments, sample local wine and eat traditional snacks.
