Locanda Il Maestrale, Cinque Terre

Locanda il Maestrale is a hotel in an 18th-century building in Monterosso al Mare's historic center. Managed by owners Stefania and Giovanni, the property successfully blends modern hospitality with the building's rich history. The hotel's location is ideal—just a short stroll from restaurants and shops and a 2-minute walk to the beach and the pier where boats depart for the other medieval villages.

Locanda il Maestrale has three room types: Standard, Economy, and Superior. Each room is individually decorated and furnished, and the Superior room offers a beautiful frescoed ceiling from the 1700s. All rooms are fully equipped with simple bedding, wood furnishings, and bright yellow walls and tile floors. 

Locanda il Maestrale offers a terrace adorned with multicolored flowers and a view of the historic town center—perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening or enjoying the complimentary afternoon snack consisting of tea, coffee, freshly squeezed juice, and dessert. In the morning, the hotel serves a rich breakfast buffet on a large terrace and provides complimentary beach towels, umbrellas, and maps.
