Miramare Hotel is a contemporary and stylish establishment set in the city's modern side, just a 5-minute walk from Kolovare Beach. You'll also be just down the street from a public swimming area with dive boards into the sea, plus Kornati Marina, where you can indulge in boating or yachting. Getting to the edge of Zadar's Old Town is a 15-minute walk. Keep going and reach sites like Narodni Square in 20 minutes, the Cathedral of Zadar in 24 minutes, and the Sea Organ and sun monument in 30 minutes.
