Yasou! (Hi!) I am a Travel Sales Specialist for Greece🇬🇷
Since marrying into a Greek family over twenty years ago, Greek culture has truly become a part of me. Traveling through Greece visiting family and immersing myself in the culture, things as simple as having a coffee in the platia (town square) or eating the freshly caught fish of the day at a seaside table, are some of my most special travel memories. From exploring ruins, hiking up to fortresses, swimming in the sea, tasting local wines, to savoring delicious meals at tavernas with family, Greece has a way of making every moment special - something my family loves to say: "Greece is magic!" 🌅🏛️🏺🫒🍷🌊⛰️🍊
How did you get involved in travel?
"With one side of the family from the lush, mountainous northern region near Florina, the other side from Sparta in the rugged southern Peloponnese peninsula, and family in Athens and Santorini, I have experienced the country's many diverse regions. One constant is the tradition of hospitality (xenia), shown in the genuine warmth and generosity Greeks extend to their visitors. I’m passionate about crafting travel experiences that allow others to discover the authentic Greece—whether it’s the iconic historical sites of Athens, the whitewashed villages and stunning beaches of the islands, or the charming villages set among olive groves in the Peloponnese. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"Sailing in a catamaran in Santorini! Swimming and snorkeling in the clear blue water at various secluded spots along the island's coast, enjoying a delicious lunch - horiatiki (Greek salad), souvlaki, tzatziki, pasta with shrimp - prepared by the chef on board, and sunbathing on the deck returning to port. Having this experience with my extended family was truly magical and something we will never forget!
