After almost ten years in advertising, I left the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur for a more active lifestyle in Sabah and a better work-life balance with Sticky Rice Travel. When it comes to traveling, I like to focus on low impact, responsible travel and not forgetting to find the right travel buddy, with the idea that I’ll have fun wherever I go as long as I am with the right people.

How did you get involved in travel?
"Inspired by the beautiful sceneries and culture in different countries through a friend, i made it a point to join the travel and hospitality industry to want to know more - the behind the scenes and creating meaningful adventures for travellers. The other factor that contributes to my passion for travel is my annual to find to a major destination to soak in the culture, the people and the scenes. "

"It was a calm night in Halong Bay, we slept underneath a sky full of stars on the deck of an old junk. It was so peaceful and travelers, where the hospitality was great and the landscape was simply amazing. The next morning, we woke up to a misty cool morning where we kayak for hours before returning to a local spread on the junk. "
