We had such a Wonderful time with our family of 9 in Paris. Thank you to our travel planner Lucie who hit on every highlight we wanted to see. Lucie was so so patient with us as it was a lot & she setup more than we could have asked for in 6 days. We took in a ride down the seine river, saw Eiffel Tower which was Amazing. Went to Versailles Museum & The Louvre so impressive & the art…Gorgeous! Took the kids to Disney which they enjoyed thoroughly. We went to Normandy for the day & there are no words how impactful it was. We had a great guide for the day who made our adventure great. On our last day we went to Montmartre…Beautiful
& went on a lovely tour with our guide as well as a food tour which we enjoyed immensely . Also took in the Arc de Triomphe. This trip was a vacation of a life time that we will never forget! Thank you to Lucie & the tour guides for making this such an Amazing trip!

This hotel was breathtaking. Being on the water with such a dramatic view was incredible. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at a local restaurant recommended by Lucie, which featured amazing fresh seafood and a stunning sunset. The next day, even though it was rainy, the views were dramatic and beautiful.

Smaller hotel with a really historical feel. Fantastic staff who were always helpful finding restaurants, transportation, etc. We loved the location in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement, near the Pantheon.

Visit of the Eiffel Tower with access to the summit

I was really looking forward to going up to the top of the Eiffel Tower, but due to some crazy traffic (thanks to President Biden's visit), we missed our appointment. Despite not making it to the summit, we still enjoyed our time at the Eiffel Tower and took some great pictures.

Chambord Castle

Chambord Castle was one of the highlights of our trip. It was lovely to see and really stood out among the chateaus we visited.

Vouvray wine discovery tour

The wine discovery tour in Vouvray was fantastic. We learned about biodynamic wines, which was fascinating. It was a great day overall.

Discovery of the Machines de l'île

This was such a unique and fantastic experience! The mechanized animals, including a giant elephant you can ride, were incredible. It felt like stepping into a Studio Ghibli movie, filled with imagination and creativity. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located, which made for an enjoyable evening.

Adventure aboard an authentic sidecar to uncover Paris

The sidecar tour was an unexpected delight! It was a recommendation from Lucie, and my family absolutely loved it. It gave us a unique perspective of Paris, almost like we were pedestrians exploring the city. The kids, who are in college, found it especially helpful to understand the city's geography before we walked around the next day.

Our travel agent, Lucie, selected places for us to go and things for us to see in Paris that were specific to our interests and fit within five day timeframe.

The Mythic 2CV 3-hour tour that opened our trip was wonderful! It gave us an overall picture of Paris so that we could add onto it throughout the week. Our 9 Hotel Opéra had a great location and was very clean!

We would never have missed making macarons, chocolate goodies, and the gourmet food tour. Believe it or not, our food tour guide was gluten-free just like my granddaughter. She even went out of her way to buy gluten-free bread for her to use as we sampled so many goodies.

Of course, we loved the Dali museum, the wonderful tour by Alouise a Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower at night, the boat tour on the Seine river, and the Saint Chapelle Stain-glass windows.

I would recommend Lucie as a travel agent to anyone who wants to go to France!

Our honeymoon trip experience was unforgettable from beginning to end thanks to the planning efforts of our specialist Lucie. Having been our first time using a professional itinerary company, we were unsure what to expect. Lucie was great at customizing our itinerary based on our wants and budget during the planning stage, and used very good local tour companies and reliable drivers to take us around. It was such a relief not having to worry about every minor detail as she had done the major planning already, and gave lots of good recommendations for things to do with our free time.

Good overall 3-star hotel in the 9th arr. the major con is the small size, which is probably the norm in Paris at this price point. Anyone over 6 feet height will need to bend to get under the room and bathroom doorway entrance, and cannot stand upright in the shower.

Floriane our tour guide with Paris A Dream food your company was so knowledgeable and you could see her enthusiasm for food, wine, and French history. She took us to hidden gems to taste different regional foods we would never have noticed on our own.

He shared his knowledge of the area and we learned a lot about Normandy and Brittany. His van was very comfortable for the four of us and he had water available if we needed it. Reception didn’t have a reservation in my name. Thankfully we had asked our guide to wait until we were checked in before leaving. He knew our agents name and that is how the made the booking (the hotel, not the agent). The room was very worn; mold in the shower, extremely soft bed and pillows, thin towels. Air conditioner made a regular banging noise; we asked that it be fixed but we don’t think it was. Breakfast was okay, but a line for the coffee machine and the staff person only came out to ask for room numbers.

We had a wonderful trip to Paris, Avignon and Nice, thanks to Lucie. She was very responsive to our ideas and requests as we planned the trip and she was available if we had questions during the trip. She helped us schedule all the activities we wanted, including dinner at the Eiffel Tower, a sunset cruise on the Seine, and our favorite, a group cooking class in Avignon. We loved all the hotels, but we especially loved the hotel in Nice, which was just across the street from the Mediterranean Sea.

We loved all aspects of our trip. We fell in love with France- South of France in particular. All our guides were really good. Nichola who did the Luberon villages was exceptional and the older gentleman who did the Saint Remy was our least favorite. LaDemoiselle was exceptional. We loved it. We also loved Le9Opera Hotel. The location of both and the comforts were exceptional. We didnt like the one in Eze- but it was very close to the medieval village and that helped very much.
All our car transport people were reaaly good except the one who picked us from the paris train station in the middle of the night. We had to walk all the way over to the exit close to midnight. Overall an excellent trip.

The stay was amazing. Our hosts were so gracious in providing home cooked fresh breakfast every morning. Fresh jams, breads and fresh orange juice. Very nice ambience. The room comfort was not that great. Overall crammed. There was a slight mix up in the name on the booking but the host was overly gracious and checked into it and clarified everything to our benefit. But very easy access to Eze village and restaurants. We were planning to be there only for a day. So overall was good.

Visit of Luberon & the hilltop villages

This was the most amazing trip for us. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Luberon villages and knew every bit of that area and took us to all the lovely spots and took amazing pictures for us. Gordes was our favorite. We took pictures of the poppy fields and lavendar fields. He even gave us tips on photography.

We had an amazing time on our trip! We spent four days in the Montmartre neighborhood of Paris and four days near the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. Some highlights of Paris were the motorcycle/sidecar tour, and the pastry tour were both top notch. We greatly appreciated already having the tickets for the train, the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, and the Seine River cruise. One thing to consider with the river cruise is that while it is a great perspective from which to see the city, it was hard to hear the descriptions of the sights. We basically needed to use our phones to know what we were looking at, leaving us underwhelmed. That said, the dusk tour did present us with some beautiful views of the lights coming up over the city. Our hotel in Montmartre (Hotel Terrass) was lovely with a comfortable room and both hot and cold breakfast options and afforded us easy access to sights, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and the Metro for further exploration. The top floor dining room was super for views of the city. We could even see the Eiffel Tower off in the distance from our room! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (one staff member even gave us some extra Metro tickets she had which was really nice). They also helped us with information about the strikes with respect to transport. The highlights of Nice were certainly the gorgeous beach and promenade. We also had the opportunity to explore some of the medieval hilltop towns, including an impromptu visit to a museum with a small, but intriguing collection. Our driver for this tour, Giorgi, was very informative and personable, helping us to get a better understanding of the culture. We highly recommend the e-bike tour as you can really see so many parts of the city efficiently, but at a comfortable speed. Lucie, our travel coordinator, was very responsive to emails and did a fine job helping us to craft our itinerary. We would highly recommend her!

Our trip to France was everything we hoped and more to celebrate my 40th and our 10th! Given that we had never been there before and do not speak the language, I can’t imagine having the same experience if I planned this myself (which I usually do!). Even when there was a strike that shifted our plans last second Lucie figured it out and was so accommodating.
