Nadia did a fabulous job of planning our vacation for us. Everything was on point and on schedule from the hotels, transfers and excursions.

Words cannot describe the experience we felt on this trip! This was our first time in Greece and first time we had traveled with Kimkim team. The company indeed specializes in an expert-led cultural tours in Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. Our booking was easy, the information packet was timely and thorough. Many of our questions were answered timely and thoroughly. The itinerary was carefully thought out, combining leisure time with activity. The visits to the Acropolis Museum and our private tour guide to Acropolis Parthenon were fascinating and pointed out the most significant subject matter and explained their context and meaning. The walking sunset tour to Mykonos was also a big highlight for us, our tour guide did a wonderful job of sharing his knowledge, and funny as well. Our catamaran cruise was the best cruise we ever had; the crew staff were very professional, organized, friendly, and made sure we were safe. Hotel accommodations were excellent as far as cleanliness, location, and staff. The transfers from island to island were seamless and done with high class Mercedes vehicle. The food exceptionally superb, great Greek wine, and sweet treats. Nadia was fantastic! She was always available prior to our trip and during our trip. Fantastic! Very private and small hotel with 8 rooms only. The view from the hotel is out of this world! We were in a bigger room and had a stair leading up to the pool area. Close by the street for restaurants, supermarket, and a small cafe for excellent gyros with a 2 min walk from hotel. Our terrace is quite big on the Caldera side and have our own entrance to our room. The owner Marco was very helpful, friendly and gave us history about the hotel - very fascinating story of the hotel.

Our tour guide (Niko) was friendly, very funny and very knowledgeable. He took us to some shortcuts to see the beautiful sunset away from the crowds at Little Venice. It was worth it!

Pick up time to our hotel was timely, good transportation vehicle (Mercedes) with another couple who had their own guided tour. The streets are narrow, so it was quite overwhelming with the drive but, our driver was exceptional and very experienced.

I am a Dad and husband given the responsibility to plan our once a generation trip and I felt huge pressure. It was very easy to contact Nadia and to brief her what we wanted to do. Within a few email exchanges she had an amazing trip planned. My family was so impressed with everything on this trip, from the Mercedes’ shuttles to and from our hotels and daily excursions, amazing hotels, and awesome (educational) tours. I am so grateful for your assistance in this trip and will do so again any chance I get.

We are very happy with our experience with Kimkim. Nadia was very responsive to our requests and quickly gained a good understanding of our goals and intentions for the trip. She selected high-quality venues and experiences for us, and gave us all the resources we needed to feel confident that we could make the most of our time in Greece.

The trip went very smoothly from start to finish. The hotels were all of good quality in excellent locations. All of our drivers and guides were professional and welcoming. Particularly memorable tour guides were 1. Penny (Delphi) who went out of her way to engage the children and help us see and learn as much as possible of the ruins in a few hours, and 2. Celia (food tour), who was very fun for all of us including the children and also knowledgable and generous with her time and energy. Andreas (driver to Delphi) was also extremely kind and fun to get to know during our long car ride. Feedback for Anna (kids mythology tour) is that at times it was difficult to hear her above the traffic or other city noise (needs a louder voice or wait until we are in a quiet place to speak) - but she did teach us a lot when we could hear her. For Manos (Knossos) - we were a bit frustrated when twice he stopped to take an extended call on his cell phone during our tour; other than that he was knowledgable and made the tour very informative and engaging.

A shoutout also goes to the manager of the Hotel Ariadne in Naxos, who was extremely welcoming and kind to us throughout our stay. We would heartily recommend his hotel to others looking for a stay in Agios Prokopios.

On this trip we achieved exactly the balance we were looking for in visiting historical sites, experiencing Greek culture, eating the best local food, and enjoying the beauty of the Mediterranean while avoiding big tourist traps. Will definitely use kimkim for future trips and have already recommended it to others.

Most of the suggested restaurants were not within walking distance of our hotel, and we did not have a car. Eventually we figured out how to use the public bus to get to the port where one of the restaurants was, but mostly we just ate at restaurants close to our hotel which were ok but nothing too memorable. Our dining experience in Naxos was definitely inferior to that in Heraklion and Athens -- not bad, but nothing memorable like the many highlights we had in the other places.

We decided to use an agency on this trip, as we ran out of time to plan everything. We had already found our accommodations, but that was the extent of the planning. Nadia made our traveling seamless and convenient. The most helpful were the transfers and logistics. Nadia even helped us book dinner reservations and made suggestions on additional activities we could do. The only issue I had was a couple of the activates were not that great. One being the wine tasting at the Mykonian farm and the walking food tour of Athens for families. The wine tasting was lack luster and we just sat in the patio at the farm. The wine expert spent the first 30 mins looking up restaurant recommendations. It would have been nice to tour the farm, it was said in the description that we would have local food from the farm, but it was cubed deli meat and cheeses. The walking food tour was not really geared towards kids, which may have been due to the guide. She was nice, but the tour wasn't our favorite. I would definitely recommend the sunset cruise, we had a great time!

My travel buddy and I took our bucket list two-week trip to Athens and the Greek islands. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything went according to plan, and we would highly recommend Nadia for any travel arrangements in the future. We began our journey flying from Sacramento to Athens, stayed in busy Athens for 4 days and then island-hopped to Chania on Crete, Santorini, Mykonos, and Naxos. We booked several fun excursions through Nadia and our trip included transportation to and from airports, hotel reservations in boutique hotels, transfers, pickups and drop-offs from our hotels and excursions, and communication throughout. Our excursions included a beach day in Santorini, a beautiful and fun-filled day on a sunset catamaran sail and a separate wine tasting excursion on the beach in Mykonos, and an excellent electric bike tour in Naxos. Having everything arranged upon our arrival was such a relief, especially the transportation. All of the drivers were waiting for us, helped us with our luggage, and delivered us to our destination safely.
This was our first time planning a long and multi-stop vacation, and Nadia was on top of all of the logistics. One lesson we learned for future is to communicate our expectations for the accommodations, especially when traveling out of the country. While many hotels in the U.S. have pools and fitness centers, that’s not always the case with European and boutique hotels. When the temperature hit the high 80s and 90s, we would have enjoyed a swimming pool or a hotel with close beach access. However, we didn't communicate that with Nadia. Luckily, one hotel had a pool and we were able to get a ride to a beach with umbrellas and comfy lounges. At the same time, we were very pleased with the delicious breakfast buffets or breakfast options that were included in most of the accommodations. Nadia and the Kim Kim platform made it very easy to communicate, see links to entertainment and excursion options, and plan our trip with confidence.
Nadia was very helpful, full of information about hotels, excursions, and travel options and, as a result, our trip was effortless and well worth the cost of paying for a travel planner. We look forward to planning the next trip with Kim Kim.

Our Athens Monastiraki hotel was perfect. Laid back, great staff, breakfast on the rooftop in view of the Acropolis, central to great food, art, history and exploring neighborhoods and finding great views of the city. And, we're so glad we said yes to the Acropolis & Flavors Tour! Joanna was a fabulous guide to both, and left us with many recommendations for the rest of our stay.

I am also grateful for all the time Nadia worked with us on planning our trip to Delphi and Meteora. The private driver was the perfect solution and Yannis made it all extra memorable by giving us off the beaten path lunch options -- a quiet laid back lunch and swim at Camping Delphi with incredible views of the valley, olive groves and coast after Delphi visit; exquisite calamari on our seaside table on the scenic drive back to Athens. And, of course, impeccable on time delivery for our flight to Naxos that evening.

Throughout the trip we had the right balance of scheduled activity and time to explore on our own. Our surprise love was Naxos which Nadia added into our itinerary at the end when we asked for a visit to second island. We rented a car (very easy and affordable) and explored the island, but honestly didn't get past Pyrgaki (20 min from town) where bought an umbrella, sandwiches and fruit from the mini market and settled in for the day on this spectacular secluded beach. The staff at Nastasia Village hotel were a big help with directions, logistics, and advice. Thank you!

Our last stop was Santorini and I must thank Nadia again for advising us on how to take advantage of this unique (and popular !) location. We leaned into views, sunsets, wine, tomatoes, white eggplant and fava beans. (Our welcoming driver from the port to the hotel gave us a great primer on vegetarian must haves unique to Santorini.) The Sunset Catamaran Caldera Cruise was perfect, relaxing, the right amount of people (not crowded on the catamaran), well run, great food and staff. The extra $$ for the caldera view was worth it and we enjoyed an amazing breakfast every morning with this exceptional backdrop. We took a 1/2 day to visit the tourist area in Fira but enjoyed the laid back family restaurants near our hotel in Akrotiri -- explored appetizers and watched the sun set at The Good Heart. We spent our last night by the water sharing a large grilled fish at The Cave of Nicholas. Γειά μας!

Nadia helped us plan our trip to Greece for 6 people. She was fantastic! We went for 2 weeks to 2 islands plus Athens. She planned everything for us. We did a cooking class in Paros that was lovely and we really enjoyed getting to know some local people on a more personal level. Nadia also arranged for a walking tour of the Acropolis and a food tour in Athens. It was really fun and we loved our tour guide, Joanna! Nadia also arranged for an all day tour to Delphi that was great! It was an all day excursion with a drive through the mountains. Our guide for this was also so interesting and informative. Nadia arranged all of our car ride to/from the airport and to/from the ferries to the hotels. Everything was so detailed and organized which allowed us to relax and enjoy beautiful Greece!! This cooking class was really fun! The owner of the restaurant, Maria, is so lovely and warm. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Everything was so delicious! I highly recommend taking this class! It's great for older kids and teens as well!
