How did you get involved in travel?

"Having traversed the country since my early childhood, I naturally assumed the role of trip planner for my friends during our teenage years. Their consistently positive feedback surprised me, as I never anticipated that this passion would evolve into a career. Even in the corporate sector after school, where I found little satisfaction, my friends and family continued seeking my travel recommendations. It was during my pursuit of the mantra "do what you love" that I found my way back to my true passion—travel. Today, it defines who I am and what I do."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"One of my most cherished travel experiences to date involves a journey with my uncle, a member of the Sri Lankan Navy, when I was just 12 years old. Our adventure began from Kalpitiya on the northwestern coast, where we boarded a fast boat. As we sailed, we were surrounded by hundreds of dolphins, and the awe-inspiring sight of a whale added to the magic of the moment. Our destination was a pristine island, a place untouched by human influence. It felt like stepping into the pages of my favorite storybooks—endless sandy stretches adorned with seashells and a symphony of diverse bird sounds. The highlight was a small river meandering through the island, complete with the surprise presence of crocodiles. This experience remains etched in my memory as a testament to the breathtaking beauty and untouched nature that the world has to offer."
