Planing our trip to Taiwan: Ms. Shirely Fang was very efficient, fast-responsive, knowledgeable and adaptive to our wishes, request and queries, us a 75 years old couple. While touring Taiwan, the Super-Typhoon Krathon threatened the island, and changes were required to both itinerary and accomodations. Ms. Fang, together with our guide, Mr. Clint Liang, provided the required changes, such that eventually, most of the originally planned attractions were visited.

Planing our trip to Taiwan: Ms. Shirely Fang was very efficient, fast-responsive, knowledgeable and adaptive to our wishes, request and queries, us a 75 years old couple. While touring Taiwan, the Super-Typhoon Krathon threatened the island, and changes were required to both itinerary and accomodations. Ms. Fang, together with our guide, Mr. Clint Liang, provided the required changes, such that eventually, most of the originally planned attractions were visited.
Performing the tour: Our guide, Mr. Liang, was very much responsive, informative, and esoecially helpful with our specific physical limitations.
The bottom line: our trip to the beautiful island of Taiwan was an exciting experience, thanks to Shirely and Clint.

Our trip to Taiwan was awesome! Kimkim set us up with a stellar tour company and fabulous guide! Our guide, William, took great care f us while we were there! I didn’t have to worry about a thing in a country where I didn’t speak the language or know the culture and customs! I would definitely recommend using Kimkim for all of your travel planning to get the best experience. And our guide, William, was top notch! We just got home from an incredible trip around Taiwan with Clint, and I can't speak more highly of him and the whole kimkim experience. We used kimkim to help us plan a week-long trip for our family of 6 around the island of Taiwan after spending a month in Taipei for my work. We used kimkim to help us plan a week-long trip for our family of 6 around the island of Taiwan after spending a month in Taipei for my work. Our kimkim local specialist, Shirley, planned a fantastic trip for our family. The experiences and hotels were absolutely lovely. And Clint our guide was great! He was funny, kind, responsive to our needs, and made the whole trip relaxing and fun. I used to plan all our family trips by myself; it would take so much time to find places to stay, transportation to get us between places, and booking activities. I may never plan another trip again now that I have used kimkim!

Our trip was memorable thanks to our guide William Chang. His services and behavior were very nice and professional.
I understand Shirley Fang from KimKim was the one who made the choice of our guide. Apart from this excellent move I appreciated her quick, knowledgeable and pleasant communication. Everything she arranged for worked perfectly well and according to our wishes.
We enjoyed very much the south of Taiwan (like Kenting) and the city of Tainan.
