Trip to Thailand - great experience!

I have never used a booking service before so was a little nervous but this was a great experience overall. Kien our booking specialist was very helpful, responsive and helped us plan a great trip to Thailand while answering our many questions and being very patient with us. He even helped us with our last minute flight cancellation and helped rebook some tours and experiences on short notice so we didn’t miss out on anything. Everyone we interacted with on our trip was very kind, knowledgeable and professional and it was great to have such a nice itinerary planned in advance. Would definitely recommend!
