Bruno was responsive and thorough in his planning—during the trip there was bad weather which would have ruined our excursions—he reached out to us a few days prior to this and reorganized the dates of our excursions for us to ensure we had great weather for each activity! He went above and beyond!

This hotel was literally incredible. Our favorite of the stay, amazing hospitality and the room and property were gorgeous
Beautiful property and amenities just a little dated—rooms (even the superior rooms) were small; however other than that we loved it! Breakfast spread was excellent and the free luggage service (van meets you at the dock to take your bags so you don’t have to carry them to the resort) was a great touch
Amazing hotel and really nice staff! Small bathroom and small room, but it had a lot of character and we enjoyed the hotel a lot! Only thing to note is there is no elevator and LOTS of stairs down and up; staff was helpful with our bag though. Location is INCREDIBLE, 2 minute walk from everything
Excellent location , spacious and modern room, great bathroom, and staff was friendly! They even met us out at the Main Street outside of the palace walls in split so they could take our bags and show us where the hotel was!
