We just returned from Portugal and had an outstanding vacation. A great part of it was because of the tour designed by Tiago and the tour guide that he had assigned to our care. Tiago put a package together that checked all the boxes that we asked for and everything was handled with perfection and not an issue with anything. We were picked up at the airport and in their care until we were dropped off 5 days later. Excellent job by our tour guide. We hope we have the pleasure of returning some day and will definitely, start our dream vacation again with KimKim tours. Thank you again Tiago.

The level of service offered at this hotel was outstanding and the view from every direction you looked was amazing. We did dine in the restaurant and the food and presentation was 5 star all the way. Would definitely stay again.

Authenticity & Character
Location
Set up on a hill on the Douro River and every direction you looked was better then the next.
Staff
Small staff but truly the friendliest and efficient. Excellent job.
Cleanliness & Comfort
The hotel and our room were immaculate.
