Nikolas was a wonderful specialist. The planning process was easy, fun, accommodated our specific wants. The plan was very detailed including photos of accommodations and restaurant suggestions. (Tho we did do our own research for that). During the trip Nikola was available for and answered questions, provided next day guidance each day, suggested and scheduled alternatives when weather caused plan cancellations, and contacted drivers, etc if there was any potential issue at all. Nikola and his boss really helped with the process when we had accidental damage and the car company wanted us to sign that we agreed to pay for the damage instead of just the damage report itself.
