The planning & support services provided by Aline & Bastien was above & beyond what I expected when I first signed up for the KmKim service. Aline & Bastien were instrumental in planning an engaging and fun trip for our family. They kindly answered our endless questions and made adjustments to fine-tune the trip to meet our needs. The tour guide they arranged for us in Normandy was fantastic and reliable. All hotel and rental car reservations were seamlessly integrated into our trip and we had no issues with any arrangements. They provided helpful & accurate recommendations for other activities like bike rentals, too. I highly recommend KimKim and Aline and Bastien!
