Best vacation ever!!!!!

My apologies for the delay in posting this feedback. This was the first time we used a tour company, and we are so glad we chose kimkim! Liz Karen was absolutely amazing. She was always available on the phone whether we were in Peru or Ecuador. She and Lizbeth Torres were always available to answer any questions. Lisbeth was fantastic as well. I believe she took care of all the operations and logistics for us. The trip was flawless - the taxis would come on time, the guides were all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and were flexible to accommodate changes in plans. My wife, my two daughters, and I had one of the best vacations ever!!
