Everything was great. We loved the tours we went on, all the people who were the guides were so personable and knowledgeable! We did not love one of our hotels and let Audrey know and she was able to find us another much better accommodation. Audrey was very responsive when we had questions. We were disappointed one day when their was a National protest and we did get to see Versailles or use our tickets up to the Eiffel Tour. We were able to book a few other things however.

We asked to be in Montmartre, so it was our fault, but we felt like we were out of the loop of things being far removed from most of the places we wanted to visit. Traffic was so bad getting back in to the heart of the city that we were discouraged going back later in the evening into Paris central.

We were very unhappy with this hotel. Upon arrival we were ushered up to the second floor, and the carpet up the staircase, and up to our room was filthy and stained. Everything smelled really bad also. It was the only hotel we were extremely disappointed in. Even when they gave us a different room that had been remodeled, the overall appeal of the whole hotel was very unfavorable.
