We have just returned home to NZ following an amazing trip to Portugal, planned and organized by our amazing agent Marisa Agulhas -with KimKim.
Marisa was a pleasure to deal with, she listened to our ideas and time frame, then managed to put together a custom-made trip for the 3 of us - 10yr old, 40yr old and 77yr old kiwis. The tour plan was adjusted to meet our interests, pace and budget, all online with easy to follow prompts. A whatsapp group was formed prior to arrival with a couple of Marisa's colleagues who kept themselves available 24hrs, and responded to all our questions/concerns very quickly. The accomodation chosen for us was comfortable, stylish and very central to what we were interested in. All the transport including car hire, private drivers, train and transfers were organized ahead of time, we had amazing guides hand picked for our adventures, so knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Our highlight was a trip to Sintra from Lisbon, we loved our guide Pedro who was happy to accommodate our interests and suggest options, all our guides were amazing with my 10yr old and elderly mum. We also really enjoyed our brief stay in Seville Spain, and the activities picked by Marisa, as well as a Flemenco show/dinner suggested by her colleague.
The level of Marisas availability, attention to detail and communication blew us away, I 100% recommend booking with her and KimKim for a seamless, interesting and fun experience!
