Great Experience with Travel Pros at KimKim

We generally research and plan our own travel; this was the first time we used an agency, and it was well worth it. Since we had not been to South America previously, having the expertise Anahi provided was part of what made our trip go so smoothly. She gave us excellent advice, made last minute changes to add an extra stop in Ushuaia (so glad we did this!), and she set up excellent excursions and guides for the days we requested them. When there was a minor issue (had to reschedule an excursion due to weather), they responded quickly, and everything was taken care of. It really was seamless without the frustrations that can sometimes occur when traveling. Every guide and driver we had was professional, knowledgeable and personable.
We would use KimKim again!
