Julia was absolutely terrific - very helpful, very responsive, and very interested in our overall experience. She was a pleasure to work with and really helped us focus the itinerary for our trip on the areas we were most interested in. We spent a wonderful night in a glass igloo, during which we saw the Northern Lights, had a wonderful time exploring the Lofoten islands, and spent just the right amount of time in Bergen. Our trip had a couple of hiccups (Tromso hotel inadvertently double-charged us), but Julia responded immediately and corrected the issues. All in all, we had a wonderful trip to Norway and I look forward to returning in warmer weather for hiking.

Absolutely wonderful - refurbished fisherman cabins that were small, but extremely well designed and very comfortable. Outstanding views!
Wonderful food and buffet. Some mix-ups on our rooms; we left for a day and returned to a much smaller room even though everything was booked well in advance. Most of the front desk people were very helpful, but a couple seemed not as service-oriented.
