logistics were seamless - drivers were always there, guides were on time.
we especially loved katerina (percy jackson tour) and george (river gorge hike in crete). veerna and kosta (crete cooking experience were amazing and great w kids).
local expert (lea) was always available and responded super fast. we got notified of a cancellation bc of weather and she started a refund within hours. we asked to make a weather related change and she made it happen, also within hours.
hotels and service at hotels (laundry, restaurant recommendations) were amazing and exactly as promised.
guides were knowledgeable, flexible to the needs of 2 elementary school aged kids.
activities were super entertaining and enjoyable. we will use kim kim again for sure! amazing service for busy parents looking to have an active vacation.

didn't get to go bc of weather. they canceled promptly and offered to do the non-astronomy part of the tour but we were tired after the acropolis. next time!
