An Amazing Week in the Faroe Islands!

We were in the Faroe Islands from July 29-August 4, 2024. Once we got the WIFI properly installed in the car at the airport, the rest of the trip was a breeze. The driving instructions were easy to follow even though we had to change the daily itinerary due to a ferry cancellation to Mykines Island because of rough seas. The tunnels were easy to navigate as were the highways. The scenery was spectacular! Our favorite days were the Traelanipa Trail along Leitisvatn Lake to the point where it plunges into the sea, visiting the iconic Mulafossur waterfall twice, and the drive to Vidareidi on Vidoy Island with its incredible views and few tourists. Communication with Hanna before and while on the trip was super! She patiently answered our stupid questions and planned a great week for us! The accommodations were clean and adequate.
