Samir was really helpful in arranging our holiday in Jordan. He helped us shape our itinerary to how we wanted our trip to be planned. He was happy to accommodate our suggested changes. He was responsive and kept us up to date with final booking confirmations, including sorting out the visas for a smooth holiday. We are also grateful for the driver we had for the week (Bassam, so thank you). He just made our time in Jordan pleasant and we had a brilliant time getting to know him and Jordan through his tips and insight. Thank you Samir again, we had a lovely time in your country Jordan and have no hesitation in recommending you.

The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were very helpful. The buffet food had a good selection of food even for vegetarians. The best part was that the hotel is not far from the entrance.
