Day 1: Arrive in London, British Museum Tour, Rooftop Cinema

Welcome to England! Upon arrival at the airport, you and your family will be met by your driver and transferred to your central London hotel. England's capital is a dynamic, family-friendly city filled with inspiring museums for kids of all ages. After dropping off your bags at your hotel and settling in, you'll start your UK adventure with a visit to the famous British Museum, whose exhibitions and collections detail two million years of human history and culture.

On a private tour, you and your family will hunt for clues and hints as you discover the museum's highlights, aided by your fun and knowledgeable guide. Discover treasures such as the famous Rosetta Stone, which the French and English used to decipher Egyptian hieroglyphs, and travel back to Ancient Greece to see marble sculptures and statues from the Parthenon.

In the evening, you'll combine views of the world-famous London skyline with an open-air rooftop cinema experience. Sit back and relax in your comfy deck chair (blankets are provided if the weather's nippy) while you and the kids snuggle up and watch an iconic movie with state-of-the-art wireless headphones. Your backdrop is the iconic city skyline with views over landmarks such as Big Ben, The London Eye, The Shard, and St Paul's Cathedral.

Day 2: "Harry Potter" Walking Tour, Visit Kensington Palace

See "Harry Potter's" London on a walking tour through the capital

"Harry Potter" fans are in for a treat this morning as you and the kids set out on a 2.5-hour guided tour of London that will enchant fans of J.K. Rowling's wizarding world. See the places that inspired the famous author to create her best-selling series of books, from Shakespeare's Globe Theatre to the murky backstreets that inspired Knockturn Alley. You'll also see highlights, including 800-year-old Borough Market, the London Eye, and the real-life school where Daniel Radcliffe himself once studied.

After a morning immersed in the myth and lore of wizards and witchcraft, it's time to discover some of England's real-life royal history. Seventeenth-century Kensington Palace has housed royalty, including Queen Victoria, Princess Diana, and the Prince and Princess of Wales. On a two-hour tour, you and the kids will discover Queen Victoria's childhood rooms, the King's Gallery, and the Queen's State Apartments, where Queen Mary II took her meals and entertained guests. At the end of the tour, you'll return to your hotel.

Day 3: Optional London Activities, Overnight Caledonian Sleeper to Edinburgh

The blue whale skeleton inside the museum spans a whopping 82 feet (25 m) in length

It's your last day in London, and you have several options. You could delight Lego fans of all ages with a trip to Legoland in Windsor. An easy one-hour train journey from Waterloo Station and a short taxi ride to the resort, Legoland is filled with over 55 rides, attractions, and experiences. Soar through treetops to escape fearsome dragons, ride thrilling rapids with a Viking fleet, or join Lego divers on a mesmerizing underwater adventure. You'll find plenty of family-friendly restaurants and facilities at the site to ensure a hassle-free day before returning to London for the evening.
