Day 3: Morning Yoga & Cape Town Tour
After a light and healthy breakfast, your yoga instructor will guide you through an inspiring and light-flowing 1-hour Yin Yoga class. Experience an innovative synthesis of traditional yoga, meditation, and eastern approaches to healing. The class is slow and steady, with a sense of core softness and surrender. The focus of length, depth, and direction of breathing activates the flow of prana (the body's life force) throughout the body. It will help you understand the physical, energetic, emotional, and mental benefits of your organs.
Once the body and mind are suitably relaxed, it's time to explore the city of Cape Town. Your local guide will collect you from the guesthouse and take you to the city center for a historic walking tour.
