We had an amazing time. Warner was the perfect guide: knowledgable, easygoing, fun, funny, flexible, everything! We all missed him so much when he dropped us off in Dublin, like we had left one of our family members! Our favorite place was Adare Manor, along with the falconry and archery there. But all of the planned activities were great fun, including the ghost tour in Kildare, the bike tour in Kilkenny, etc. We will be back on day to explore the north of Ireland!

Travel advice was great. Walk Bike Hike was very friendly. Great B&B hosts.

We had a wonderful time on our trip - we enjoyed the specific stops they suggested especially in Connamora. We had one logistical lodging issue and they were available by phone within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon to help figure it out. They resolved it right away and the rest of the trip went by without a hitch. It was a very special week getting to visit ireland, having the logistics taken care of and wonderful information to help figure out what we wanted to do each day. We had a great time!

Hi! Fantastic trip, can’t say enough about Maurice; very courteous, responded very quickly to any concerns or questions. Excellent trip organizer. Only negative comment is that the written road directions provided need to be updated. For example., “ turn RIGHT leaving the Skibbereen heritage center parking lot” We’ll it’s actually a LEFT turn. So this happened on a few occasions where the GPS and written directions were in conflict. Who to believe? This added a challenging dimension to the trip. Not a big deal, still an amazing trip. I loved this company that I found through Kimkim - Ireland Walk Hike Bike.
I sent my dates, what I was going to do, and they arranged everything for me! They were so helpful for me as an independent traveler, and flexible with what I wanted to do, and available if I needed help. I was able to plan the travel between the cities I was visiting on my own (Belfast and Dublin), and they helped me figure out the hikes and transportation on the Dingle Penninsula. I was in wonderful bed and breakfast accommodations and had great directions on my hike. The hikes were beautiful- especially the hike where I saw the Blanket Islands from high up - 20 km a day was a perfect distance when I just had a small backpack to carry with needed supplies. The prices was great, especially for the quality I received. I would like to book with this company again.

My trip to Ireland was pretty much perfect. I could tell it was designed by someone local - the depth of knowledge - the nuances - would not have been possible otherwise.

The places I went and the things I did were tailored to my tastes and preferences, and the people I worked with were trustworthy, punctual and organized. It was a week without a hitch.

My experience exceeded my expectations due to my guide Linda's exceptional knowledge of the areas I requested travel to (the Aran Islands, and the Burren), her keenness of listening to determine how she could fulfil my hopes for my 2 day trips, and her going the extra mile to link up with a local expert and resident who grew up in the Burren and gave us a personalized walk and commentary on an untrafficked section of the National Park. Besides being out of doors on the ferry to Aran and past the Cliffs of Moher by sea, and the next day to the endlessly intriguing stunning tracks into the Burren--thereby having my body register the sensory experience--I appreciated Linda's vibrant curiosity and affection for the land . Happily for me, Linda is an intelligent, insightful and thoughtful observer of the natural features of the land, as well as the history and mythology and bounty of the area. I engaged her on all manner of
uriosities about Irish history, culture, flora and fauna, environmental activism,, herbalism, etc., and there wasn't a single topic she isn't a pleasant and edifying conversational partner in. Thank you, Linda, for guiding me to such affecting & memorable places and bringing me enchanting experiences.
