As your hosts welcome you, you'll receive a complimentary drink to kick off the journey, with the quiet hum of the electric motor ensuring a tranquil experience. Leaving the city behind, you'll enter the calm waters of the Oslofijord, cruising amid small islands surrounded by green forested hills and mountains.
Upon settling in for the evening, your taste buds are in for a treat. The renowned chefs from Einer have crafted a gourmet three-course meal inspired by Nordic traditions and contemporary culinary techniques. Each dish is made from ingredients sourced locally, embracing traditional flavors and methods such as smoking and fermenting.
Whether you're dining on the spacious outdoor deck or the indoor saloon, you'll enjoy striking views of Oslo's skyline, including iconic landmarks like the Opera House, Akershus Festning (Akershus Fortress), and the new Munch Museum.
