The market, a quintessential part of local life, bursts with colorful displays of fresh vegetables, seafood, and an array of Spanish delicacies like ham, olives, cheese, and pastries. Guided by your knowledgeable instructor, you'll learn how to select the best ingredients for the dishes you'll be preparing. The market visit is an immersive, and authentic experience, giving you a taste of traditional shopping in Spain.

Returning to the school, you'll dive into preparing your culinary creations, starting with sangría and a seasonal starter. This was such a great class! We thought it was a private class and it ended up being a group class which ended up being a blast! Our instructor, Angel was so knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. We took a trip to the market and learned about what to buy for our paella, dessert, and also Sangria. We all worked together but also made some delicious food that we can try and recreate at home. Delicious food, conversation, and drinks! They also send you home with the recipes. Read more
