You’ll start with a scenic transfer to a lemon farm, where everything passes from farm to table. Enjoy a tour of the property and meander through the lemon groves filled with Sfusato Amalfitano lemon trees. Admire the farmers at work and visit the laboratories to understand the secrets of lemon preparation. Lemons typically appear in products such as the famous elixir, limoncello, lemon jam, and lemon honey, all of which you’ll taste!

Next, enjoy tasting the farm’s delicious products and visit the Museum of Rural Culture, Arts and Crafts. This museum showcases the tools, equipment, and documents required to grow and produce these same products over the centuries. All this knowledge will prepare you for your cooking class to prepare an assortment of dishes featuring local vegetables and traditional pasta.
