Local Winery Visit, Ronda

The area surrounding beautiful Ronda features numerous wineries. You only have to travel a short distance into the Serranía de Ronda to gain insight into this relatively young—but much acclaimed—wine-producing area, which has taken off in the last 20 years.

Ronda now has around 25 boutique wineries that produce a number of different styles of red and white wine. In addition, due to the different altitudes and orientations around the town itself, local estates have fantastic wines, such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and much more!

Enjoy touring the grounds of the vineyards, plus the production and bottling centers, where you'll gain insight into how the region makes its beloved wine. Of course, you'll have the chance to taste some outstanding varietals with guidance from your very enthusiastic host!
