Amari by Pillow's motto is "from home to home," which prioritizes comfort and convenience. You'll stay in a historic building with a few nods to the past, including a grandiose marble staircase and iron balconies. 

Location

Though on a fairly busy street, one leading to the Guggenheim Museum, Amari by Pillow is a perfect base for exploring the city. The iconic museum is just a few minutes on foot, and you can also reach the riverfront in seven minutes and the Old Town in 20 minutes. While in the historic district, don't forget to stroll down Las Siete Calles, where you can experience the local pintxos and wine culture.

Rooms & Bathrooms

The rooms at Amari by Pillow are modern and comfortable, with various types and sizes. All come with parquet flooring, flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, espresso machines, and air conditioning. The standard rooms feel a bit tight, so opt for one of the higher-tiered units for more space. And just keep in mind that all the rooms have a maximum capacity of two people, so no room is super spacious. 

Amenities

The hotel has very basic amenities. You won’t find a pool, gym, or spa, but you’ll get the necessities like free, reliable WiFi. The hotel has an elevator, making it technically accessible, but its rooms are too small to accommodate wheelchairs. 

Family-Friendliness

Children of all ages are welcome, but the hotel is not planned with families in mind. It’s more suited to couples as the rooms are small. Most families would need to book multiple rooms, and connecting rooms are unavailable. 

Other Highlights

Although there is no breakfast or restaurant on site, there is a cozy communal lounge decked out with sofas. Travelers can help themselves to complimentary tea and coffee and peruse the stack of magazines.
