Authenticity

If you're looking for a traditional Greek island experience, the Annio Flats has exactly that. Its whitewashed curved walls frame vintage furniture that evokes an older era in Greece, one where you can imagine a group of white-haired folks sitting around drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes, and looking out over the caldera. In other words, it's decorated with a Greek grandmother's aesthetic but in a chic and charming way. The Annio Flats is a time capsule of an era and way of life that is getting lost in Santorini, which makes it unique among cave hotels.

Location

Situated on a cliffside of Imerovigli, the Annio Flats has access to paths that can bring you to Skaros Rock in just 10 minutes. Otherwise, hop in the car and drive to the black beach of Perissa in 25 minutes or the Red Beach in 30 minutes. Oia and its famous sunsets is just over 20 minutes away by car, while Thera and its myriad of restaurants, bars, and shops is 10 minutes away.

Rooms and Bathrooms

All 11 studios and apartments come with fully equipped kitchenettes, as well as a traditional style of whitewashed walls and antique wooden furniture juxtaposed with pops of color that helps bring this historic space into the modern era.
