Hotel Antiche Figure, Venice

The entire staff at Hotel Antiche Figure was incredible. They were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Everywhere we went, people know the hotel and the staff, and everyone spoke very highly of them. They are well respected - and for good reason!

Allessandro, Mikail, David, Gionni, Laura, Victoria . . . and everyone else there made our experience incredible.

The staff here was so nice, and the room was adorable. When I checked in, the woman at the desk gave me a map and provided detailed directions on how to reach certain landmarks (which was great, as Google Maps and Venice don't always get along). She then escorted me to my room and helped me with my bag. The room itself was large, comfortable, and quiet, and breakfast was good. The location was convenient -- right across from the train station -- but be warned that there's a large bridge with no ramp you'll need to cross to get there. There's a spot for a private water taxi pickup to the airport right next door, which was also super convenient and easy to find.

They actually upgraded us to a junior suite at the sister hotel which was a 5 minute walk from this place. Both looked great but we stayed at the Canal Grande and loved it and the staff.

This is a small boutique hotel with helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist.

This was our favorite hotel by far!! ❤️🇮🇹 It was quaint and sweet and comfortable. The owners went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. They had an enormous breakfast spread and little tables out front where we could watch the gondola drivers prepare for the day. I highly recommend Hotel Antiche Figure in Venice!!
