The hotel's location isn't the best, as you'll be south of the Old Town on a fairly busy intersection near the highway. The walk to the Old Town isn't bad, though—15 minutes on foot via a riverfront pathway. However, getting to the city's other sites takes more effort. It's a 40-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum (or a 30-minute journey via walking and the metro) and 30 minutes to Etxebarria Park.
