Stoneridge Estate, Queenstown (NZ)
Luxurious lakeside lodge featuring extensive gardens, vineyards, and panoramic mountain views
Overview
Enjoy a luxurious retreat at Stoneridge Estate, a modern property offering a serene stay just a few minutes from Queenstown. Surrounded by vast green gardens, vineyards, and mountain views, you'll be amid nature and located just 13 minutes from Lake Heyes. When you're not out exploring the lake or lounging at the retreat, you can visit nearby restaurants and viewpoints less than 20 minutes from the property.
Make yourself at home in one of six rooms at Stoneridge Estate, each styled in contemporary fashion with pieces that draw inspiration from the surroundings. Interiors feature king beds, personal living spaces, walk-in wardrobes, and spacious bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers. The Milford Suite, located on the ground floor, has a semi-private deck with direct access to the infinity pool, while other rooms, such as the Aoraki Suite, have ceiling windows and a private deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The property offers more room options, and each choice comes with carpeted floors, soft bedding, cozy seating areas, and white and neutral colors, reflecting the light from the large windows and providing a view of the garden or lake and the mountain tops.
Start your day with a continental breakfast and enjoy snacks from your complimentary minibar during your stay. If you're feeling peckish before dinner, you can also savor a cheese board brought to your room in the late afternoon. The retreat offers a private dining experience for dinner with five courses made with regional produce. You can also take part in wine tasting in the rustic and expansive Cellar Door, offering views of the beautiful outdoors. For relaxation, the retreat's expansive outdoor terrace has an infinity pool and private hot tub, perfect for relaxing during the day or at night. To keep up with your fitness routine, visit the well-equipped gym or take a moment to enjoy the sauna.
