Our guides were amazing throughout our trip, there were a few things that we were expecting that weren’t provided. However that didn’t stop us from having an incredible trip. Our driver Ilyace took great care of our family and really helped make our trip enjoyable

Our driver, Abdeljalil Saadan, was outstanding. Not only did he ensure our safety and comfort throughout the journey, but he also enriched our travels with fun stories and insights about the regions we explored. He also taught us some Arabic.

We were fortunate to have knowledgeable guides in each city:

- Sharif in Fez - we would have never discovered all these secret passages in the market

The accommodations at the ryads arranged by Original Travel were exceptional, offering comfort and a genuine Moroccan ambiance. The highlight was a special New Year's Eve celebration, which was a delightful and memorable experience.

Our recent trip to Morocco, organized by Original Travels Co via KimKim, was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, personalized, and stress-free. The team truly listened to our specific requests and tailored the itinerary to fit our interests, even accommodating special activities like a relaxing hammam experience. They also made sure to remove any activities that didn't appeal to us, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

One of the standout features was how the trip took our health conditions into account. KimKim was thoughtful in ensuring that all activities were accessible and manageable, so we could focus on enjoying the experience without any worries. We also loved the balance between guided excursions and free time for exploration. Having the flexibility to explore on our own was perfect, while the local guides provided insightful and enriching tours when needed.

The safety aspect was also a top priority. We always felt well-informed and secure, knowing what to expect each day. This made the trip truly worry-free, which was especially valuable in a country where navigating remote areas could otherwise be challenging.

What really set this trip apart, though, was the Moroccan guide, Tayeb who took us around and was highly knowledgeable about all the parts of Morocco we went to (Casablanca, Marrakesh, Fez, Merzouga, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate). He helped us experience Moroccan culture in a way we wouldn't have been able to on our own, from hidden gems to authentic experiences. This local perspective added depth to our understanding of the country and made the journey even more memorable.

Overall, Original Travels Co via KimKim Travels provided incredible value for the cost. It's an investment that was absolutely worth it, especially in a destination like Morocco where the logistics of travel can be complex. I highly recommend KimKim for anyone looking for a stress-free, customized adventure with a personal touch. They even gave us a free upgrade in our stay in Marrakesh for when we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

We had a fantastic time in Morocco, and it was made all the more enjoyable by our wonderful guide and driver Reda. He looked after my family which included my daughters ages 14 and 11 so well. A particular highlight was our stay at the Tiziri Camp in the dunes at Merzouga - we were lucky with the weather and saw sunsets and sunrises that I have not experienced anywhere else on the planet, not to mention the Milky Way at night. Quad biking was also a highlight for my daughters and Reda helped us with the booking of this - he was also brilliant with any personal issues we had (a fight with a contact lens etc!).
Our visit to the Berbour camp was incredibly eye opening, and reminded us of the importance of water to us all. Youssef was our guide for this part of the adventure and we particularly enjoyed hunting for fossils with him (I think Youssef enjoyed this too!)
All in all a wonderful trip - make sure to ask for Reda when booking!

The trip was great.

Highlight was the desert camp, but it was all fantastic. Driver was very helpful and thoughtful. Guide in Marrakech was the best.

Only suggestions I would give is better communication from the driver on the long days. It was sometime unclear when we would stop and what for. There were a couple of stops we probably would have skipped (movie studio) if we knew they were happening. Also there were a few times we had to pay admission or guides that we were not told about ahead of time. - including guide for Aït Benhaddou. That guide was particularly disappointing. It would have been good to know this so we were prepared or could have decided if we wanted to do that. Other trips I have booked included the cost of admission to places in them so I was surprised kimkim had not already included those in the prices we paid.

Would have liked to have a better understanding of when and where we were stopping so could have decided if the stops were of interest. Would have skipped the movie studio if we had been asked. It was not worth the time spent.

We had to pay for guide in Aït Benhaddou ourselves. It did not seem to be prearranged and driver just connected with a local there who was doing tours. He rushed us through and gave limited info. Did not allow us to stop when we wanted. It seemed like he wanted to get back early to take the next tourists. Pretty disappointing.

We had an amazing Moroccan experience with KimKim and Original Travels. We had originally planned our trip for October of 2023, but the earthquake had hit Marrakech just weeks before our arrival. Abdel was very kind and flexible and allowed us to reschedule at anytime within the next year.
Our trip started in Casablanca and looped through Rabat, Fes, the desert, and ended in Marrakech. Our driver Samir was excellent - always available and timely. He shared information about Morocco, made activity and restaurants suggestions, and was very flexible with us-and kept us on a good schedule to see everything on our list.
The local guides that KimKim used were outstanding! Very informative and fun.
KimKim/Original Travels put together a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering Morocco.

We had an amazing journey through Morocco. Samir, our driver/guide cared for us excellently. His expertise made the trip seamless and enjoyable. We also had outstanding local guides. In Fez, Shariff, spent the entire day with our group sharing all of his knowledge of the magical city. In Marakesh, Hennah, took us on a walking tour through all of the winding streets of the Medina and even made us a dinner reservation at a beautiful rooftop restaurant. The highlight of our trip was our time in the Sahara desert. Our experience in the desert surpassed all of our expectations. In summary, Kimkim organized a wonderful vacation for us.
