Anthony Zambrano
From a young age, I was lucky to explore every corner of Ecuador with my family, and those early adventures made me realize just how special it is to call this natural paradise home. Over the years, my love for this country has grown as I've come to appreciate the rich mix of cultures and the breathtaking variety of nature—from the lush landscapes to the unique wonders of the Galápagos.
Every journey here feels so intense. Whether it's the vibrant traditions of the people or the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings, there's always something new to discover. For me, Ecuador is not just a place on the map - it's a part of who I am. I can't wait to share its magic with travelers from around the world and invite you to experience the unforgettable charm of this extraordinary country.
What places and activities do you specialize in?

How did you get involved in travel?
"As a trained chef, I've always seen a dish as a blend of carefully selected ingredients; each one contributing to a balanced, flavorful plate made with love and care. I view traveling in a similar way: every journey should be thoughtfully crafted to bring joy and meaningful experiences to those who take part. I started exploring opportunities where this vision was shared, and that's when I began "cooking up" unforgettable adventures for travelers.
I might share a name with Anthony—but I'm no Bourdain, don't worry I promise our adventures will be just as memorable! :)"
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I grew up in Latacunga, in the shadow of Cotopaxi—a volcano so present in our lives, we call it Taita Cotopaxi, “Father Cotopaxi” in Quechua. It was a symbol of beauty and strength, but also unpredictability. As a kid, I admired it from afar, always with a hint of fear.
In 2021, after the long pause of the pandemic, some of my family from the U.S. came to visit. They wanted to hike to the refuge on Cotopaxi. I agreed, even though I had never stood that close to it before. That climb became more than just a physical challenge—it was a personal one. Each step toward the summit was a quiet conversation with my past, my roots, and that old fear.
Reaching the refuge wasn’t just about altitude. It was about connection—reconnecting with the land, with a part of myself I hadn’t faced before.
That’s what travel in Ecuador and the Galápagos is often like. Beyond the beauty, it gives you moments that stay with you. Moments that change you."
