Said was always available to answer questions.
Our accommodation riads were beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly.
We were told about an app for direction finding in Marrakesh which was invaluable. It didn’t require wifi.
Soufaine was a great driver who always did his best for us.
We visited Imlil and Essouria which were a perfect contrast to Marrakesh.
In Marrakesh we did a tour, food tour and cooking lesson which were well done and enjoyable.
Said added a visit to the Ourika Valley to our itinerary which was wonderful. Ayub our guide there was very informative and interesting.
We did a walk in Imlil and had lunch on a rooftop with an incredible view of the mountains.
We took a tour of Essaouira with Rashid which we enjoyed.

Souf was attentive, punctual and friendly.

Our trip was spectacular, but what made it especially so, were the fine people we had the pleasure of being with in Morocco. So it will be them that I speak about.

Our right hand man, Soufian was an exceptional driver, tour guide, problem solver, and friend. He was personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and always punctual. When unexpected issues arose in our travel plans (beyond his control), he handled them with grace and efficiency. On the rare occasions when someone else had to take over driving, we found ourselves missing Soufian’s lighthearted and playful banter. By the middle of our week-long trip, he felt more like a member of the family than a hired guide. The Moroccan people, in general, impressed us with their genuine warmth, friendliness, and quick smiles, but Soufian truly embodied these qualities in the best way possible. Our time with him felt far too short, and we’ll cherish the memories we created together.

Additionally Sharif was an outstanding tour guide, and our visit to Fez was truly enhanced by his expertise and thoughtful approach. From the outset, he impressed us with his extensive knowledge and passion for the city’s history and culture. When he outlined the detailed itinerary for our four-hour tour, I expressed concerns about whether it might be too challenging for my 83-year-old mother, who has mobility issues. The itinerary included significant walking, particularly through the bustling Medina. However, Sharif immediately adapted to our needs with remarkable patience and understanding.

Throughout the tour, he was incredibly attentive to my mother, always ensuring she felt comfortable and supported. He found creative ways to navigate the sometimes-difficult terrain of the Medina, and his kindness and care did not go unnoticed. His background as a university-trained linguist shone through, making the experience enjoyable and accessible even for us, as English-only speakers. He communicated complex historical and cultural details with clarity, making the tour both educational and engaging.

The tour itself was exceptionally well-organized, taking us to a variety of fascinating sites while offering deep insights into the vibrant history and traditions of Fez. Sharif’s ability to balance an ambitious schedule with a personalized touch truly stood out. Thanks to him, we were able to complete the entire tour without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, despite the physical challenges.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sharif to anyone visiting Fez. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his guests make him a truly exceptional guide. I am confident that you, too, will have an unforgettable experience in his capable hands.

Amazing experience would definitely recommend. Our driver Ilyace has been amazing and made our long drives fun and interesting. I love the tiziri camp amazing food indeed and the whole experience. The local family has been so hospitable as well and we felt at home. The food tour is a must for sure Said has been amazing to feed us and made sure we enjoyed it. Fatima is amazing as well sharing her knowledge about Fez. We also enjoyed the food indeed Dar Rihana, still craving of the food and the presentation of the food is amazing.

We had a great time with our driver Rashid from the time he picked us up at the airport to the time he dropped us off, as he was always there for us.

We enjoyed the personal attention that he gave us. He was flexible, accommodating to our needs, and also guided us when needed.

Our guide, Miriam in Fez did an amazing job with her all day tour with us.

The glamping stay we had in the Sahara desert was definitely a highlight.

My daughter and I took a 10-day trip to Morocco during the winter holidays 2024. We had the most amazing experience of lifetime with Reda, who was our driver and a guide all through our stay. Reda was very reliable, trustworthy, friendly, flexible, patient and hard-working. He took care of every small details for us from the time we landed in Casablanca and all the way through our entire trip which included Marrakesh, Ait Binhoddouch, Marguza desert, Fes, Chefchaouen, Tangier, Rabat and then back to Casablanca.

He was very punctual, flexible and went out of his way to take care of us - show us the best places around for shopping, eating and sight seeing. He stopped at every panoramic view points along the way. He escorted us all through the 10-days to a point where I did not even have to open the door of the car myself to get on and off. He even got me an extra bag to pack all my extra shopping items and even helped with packing.

We spent an *extraordinary* 10 days in Morocco organized by Kimkim through Original Travels in Marrakech. We landed in Casablanca, then drove with our *fantastic* personal driver Tayebb to Rabat, Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Fez, Merzouga, Skoura, ending in Marrakesh. At every stop, we had a local personal tour guide to share the location’s history and take us on the appropriate outings/ activities. Tayebb was extraordinary company and just a great human being in every way. He was very knowledgeable, interesting, warm, and had a great sense of humor! We looked forward to seeing him every day — he felt like family by the end! Our local organizer, Saïd, was extremely responsive to our requests and at times seemed to anticipate our needs in advance! Overall, Kimkim via Original Travels both planned and executed a beautiful, memorable vacation of a lifetime!

Driver Rashid was very friendly and Fez guide Miriam was amazing . Hotels were good / no delays and all went smooth. A friend got hurt and we were givrn amazing help by Mohammad driver in the desert. Helpful Feedback I can share for future travel planning is that we wish we were shown the main market square in Marrakech where snake charmers etc were there (we were taken close but not exactly there) . Also timings of travel in the itinerary are not accurate - fez to Marrakech took almost double the time . Wish we were told about flight options . Overall had a great time. Kimkim is very reliable and great service

Our guide and driver Oussama is superb. He is considerate, responsive, pragmatic, knowledgeable, has a good sense of humour, and he goes extra miles to be helpful. We have enjoyed his company over the journey and are thankful for his presence and assistance throughout the trip.

The organizers Said and Hazma are both excellent, indeed impeccable.
