Originally from Switzerland, I found my way to the Galapagos Islands the first time in 2014 when I traveled around Ecuador, Peru & Bolivia. Since then I came regularly to Galapagos & finally moved here in March 2017.

Now I live in Santa Cruz Island with my husband, a naturalist Guide who grew up on the Islands itself. This gives me a very special connection to this unique place & I would like to share this experience with YOU!

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"The Galapagos Islands! There is nothing more special like exploring this amazing place by snorkeling with Sealions & sharks, biking, hiking a volcano, surfing, kayaking with penguins, paddle boarding & diving. I am still impressed to see what huge variety the Galapagos offers and its always different.

We specialize in Galapagos Land-based, multi-activity Adventures, this gives you also the opportunity to learn about the culture & the people living in Galapagos."

How did you get involved in travel?

"Since we were very little, my parents took my sister & me with our VW Bus around Switzerland & its neighboring countries. With our bikes and Canoe on board we cruised around all summer long. This gave us the possibility to explore new places from a very special point of view. I still love this way of traveling!

After traveling with Friends to different countries, I decided 2014 to explore South America by myself and fell in Love with Ecuador & the Galapagos Islands. "

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"I still remember very well my first day arriving in the Galapagos Islands three years ago. Traveling around Ecuador for about a month already, I planed my Trip to Galapagos quite spontaneously. As I arrived in the Galapagos I was just blown away of this unique Place. The purity of nature, its breathtaking Landscapes & animals - I couldn't stop smiling, it was overwhelming!

Exactly this expression, is what I love to see in travelers arriving & exploring the Galapagos Islands and it always reminds me of my first days in this special place. "

We really enjoyed the whole trip. We found it was well planned. It ran very smoothly in terms of logistics. We particularly liked the itinerary and the scope of activities were simply great. All three islands are a delight. The food provided was, overall, extremely good. Zambo was very attentive and responsive. All three islands are a delight. The food provided was, overall, extremely good. Zambo was very attentive and responsive.

The only recommendation we can give from our experience is related to the opportunity to have a dive. Unfortunately, the dive operation was not able to provide daily insurance cover, something is commonly available in diving operations around the world in our experience. The expectation was that we would have already taken dive insurance before we arrived. As a result the only choice was to dive without insurance which we opted not to. We would advise Kim Kim to make their clients aware in advance that if they may wish to dive they must arrange their own insurance in advance. Or better still, Kim Kim partners with a diving operation able to provide daily insurance cover.

Saying that, this did not detract from our full enjoyment over snorkelling ar kicker rock.

Overall, we would recommend this trip to our friends.
