Some of the difficulties you encountered, like finding the correct trip plan version, might have been resolved by clicking "Show More Trip Plans" on the platform. I’ll ensure clearer instructions are provided moving forward to avoid confusion.

As for the name discrepancy, your daughter's name appeared because it was originally entered as a traveler by you. When you asked for this change, I promptly updated it. One voucher still reflected her name because it was requested from the supplier before the update. However, I assured you this was not an issue, as the vouchers were not nominative and remained valid for your trip.
