First time using Kim Kim and it was so easy. Helen and her team had quick replies and solutions to any questions that I may have had. we even last minute added another tour onto our itinerary and she messaged us back very quickly and made it happen. I will definitely be coming back and using Kim Kim for future explorations. Thank you Kim Kim for an amazing and memorable trip.

This hotel was clean, professional, and very modern. It was in a great location close to everything. The restaurant is amazing.
The rooms were massive compared to other rooms that we stayed in Portugal. Very walkable and close to the city center. Staff was very nice and it was clean.
