We questioned the Vespa tour given our age but would not suggest this tour for gentrified persons. Oliver was nice but we felt endangered in a developing country Day two was somewhat educational but I feel that it should have been better presented that we were going to subjected to communist propaganda and tour a site that they are proud about that helped kill 50 thousand young American men and women. My son is serving and we found this tasteless. Times and drivers kept getting moved around without our. Knowledge.

Dear Jonathan,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value every guest’s experience and appreciate your honest thoughts.

We’re sorry to hear that your experiences in Vietnam did not meet your expectations and that you felt uncomfortable at times. Your safety and comfort are always our top priorities, and we sincerely regret if you felt otherwise.

We also understand how deeply personal and emotional some historical sites can be, especially with your son serving. It was never our intention to cause distress. Our aim is to present local history through a cultural lens, and we will pass your feedback to the guide ( Mr Hieu) to improve the way we introduce such topics more sensitively in the future.

We appreciate your kind mention of Oliver and will look into the communication and scheduling issues you noted to ensure better clarity going forward.

Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly wish you and your family all the best.

Warm regards,
Hien
