We had some great guides and drivers. We were lucky because in Mendoza we had the same driving for all our trips (can’t remember her name) - she was an excellent driver. Then in Santiago our driver was Orlando - he was wonderful! Very friendly and had lots of information about the town.
The day trips in Salta were too long - they were about 10-12 hours which is too long to be sitting in a bus which is why we canceled our third bus trip.
The hotel in Salta does not have an elevator and there was no hot water in our room on the last night and morning. We didn’t talk to reception about it due to language problems.
The tour Gabriel for the walking tour of Salta was not that great, plus it was supposed to be 3 1/2 hours but it was only for one hour (which did work out better as we had been walking around Salta for most of the day).
All of the wineries that you booked for us were really great, we had some great wine and great food.
It was great being meet at the airport with a driver, that made everything so much simpler/nicer.
We will definitely use your company again and recommended you to lots of people that we met during the trip.
For the Iguazú falls - the boat ride that you booked for use was canceled so we ended up taking a jet ski boat ride, we highly recommend this ride as it is amazing - they take you under the water falls (they provide dry bags for all personal items).

Hotel Reviews
Savoy Hotel
Buenos Aires

The Savoy Hotel in Buenos Aires was really nice, with extra space beyond just the bedroom. It was conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions in town, and the breakfast they served was great. We loved the central location, making it easy to explore Buenos Aires.

Inkai Salta
Salta

Inkai Salta was a decent hotel, but it didn't have an elevator, which was a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the staff helped with our luggage, and my husband managed the rest. Otherwise, it had a good location, so getting around wasn’t difficult. Overall, it was okay but could use an elevator for convenience.

Hotel Fundador
Santiago, Región Metropolitana

The Hotel Fundador in Santiago was great! It had a separate sitting area with chairs, making it comfortable to relax with a bottle of wine after a day out. It was a nice touch not to be confined to a bedroom space only. Definitely one of the hotels we enjoyed staying at.
