In a peaceful and safe place in Buenos Aires. Accustomed to English speaking travelers to some extent. No restaurant, but morning delivery of breakfast to your room. While we didn't use, there was a pool, spa, sauna, availability of massage, robes and kitchen set.

Uphill from town center with magnificent views over the water. Easy walk to the pier for excursions.

Although a taxi ride away from town center, this was a spectacular location for view. The main lobby was like being in an elaborate lodge or private home. The restaurant upstairs was small and intimate. The breakfast service was also upstairs and was abundant. We stored our luggage on our last day and relaxed in the environment before our airport shuttle arrived. There was an outdoor spa that we didn't use, but again, a glass enclosure with a spectacular view.

We were truly in a rainforest, complete with birdlife, and amazing trees. We had a screened porch with table and chairs and hammock to complete the rainforest appeal. Other hotels were in town center and while close to restaurants and shops did not seem to offer the appeal of rainforest.

Wonderful to reconnect with Jessica who first met us at airport and then was our guide to Buenos Aires in our early days of our visit. We visited yet another area full of information. So comfortable to travel with her.

We had to get ourselves to the meeting place (1st restaurant) Walked with a group of 10. We certainly got the flavor of many dishes and different outdoor cafes. We were expected at each location which was welcoming. The one serving steak and sausage was touch and the food dry. Perhaps change this stop.

There was confusion about the time of this tour and our expected arrival. You had to get yourself to the port to check in. We arrived too early, and had to wait too long for an average tour. It was informative to be on the channel that separates Argentina and Chile. Guide spoke in English and Spanish but w/o much enthusiasm,

Jessica was the guide that first met us at the airport as we checked into our hotel. We were with her for this walking tour and again when we returned to BA two weeks later. She was super accommodating with some help that we needed and handled everything about our first view of the city so easily - moving from walking, to Uber, to local bus.

Fun experience down a calm river with 18 people. We didn't have to paddle, just enjoy

Having never attended a Tango show, we were warmly greeted and seated. The service was excellent and the show fantastic.

Great experience with penguins for an hour on their island

From start to finish, we were guided, transferred and informed about the best way to explore the glacier walkways.

The most spectacular waterfalls we've ever experienced. We had a private guide that added to both our knowledge and fun experience.

How special to be greeted by your host in his home. Gabriel prepared his specialties using his mother's recipes. Lively group that melded well.

From a ride by coach to a boat to a long boat ride to 4x4 transport to return, it was a full day of so many experiences. Luch at the restaurant was wonderful! Full service again complete with wine.

Such a calm experience (1 1/2 hours) after the crowds of the Falls. Interpretive signage in 3 languages. Extensive areas in protected aviaries so you could experience close hand all the birds.

Slightly confusing for us travelers as we picked up at hotels and then many stops to facilitate border crossing. Our apprehension was due to our inexperience. We were a large group that made visiting the Falls together hard to manage. Getting lost was a slight concern in the crowds. However, the trip to BOTH sides of the Falls is not to be missed.

While we skipped the Tango lesson, we enjoyed going to a local Milonga with our guide Martene. While a late night, it was a wonderful experience and enjoyed our last night in Buenos Aires.

Casa Joseph is a wonderful place to stay. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. Thales was particularly helpful. He recommended restaurants, gave us directions, etc. I recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful facility. It's a newer building with a beautiful pool. However, the staff were polite but rather cold. I did not feel like a valued guest. And everything cost extra. I've been at lower end hotels that have treated me better.

Out of this world experience, a must, even for one night. 5-star accommodations with amazing food and wine. Personnel were more than helpful and available for everything. Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing views for the room, staff were more than helpful, providing advice and hints for matters we did not even think about. They arranged for restaurant reservations and transportation efficiently. Definitely a plus to stay there. Hotel and rooms are beautiful as well as the gardens.

Rooms were quite large and very clean. Overall, very quiet and not far from the center of this small town. Decor might need to be refreshed a little bit with a coat of paint. This being said, would stay there again, no worries. The air conditioning unit started spilling water in the room during the night. Staff were located quickly, everything cleaned up rapidly. They offered another room: we declined since we were leaving in the morning. Standard breakfast with eggs made up on request.

Room on the small side for two people, two beds and luggage. However very clean and quiet. What made this hotel great was the staff: whether to tell us how to use subway, where to get off, etc. which restaurants in the area etc. they made a point of giving us all the info we needed. Standard breakfast with egg dishes on request. Good location.

High-end french-style hotel. Lovely with excellent breakfast. Staff were exceptional.

Being on the island with the penguins was our favorite part of the trip.

The food was amazing and the chef made it all so fun. The beef was delicious. It was great making the empanadas! Good wine too!

Wonderful tour-over 6 hours! We went everywhere and the guide was a history book of fun facts.

The Tango show was wonderful! The dancing was amazing, and the food served at the restaurant was very good. It captured the essence of Argentine culture for us and was a memorable evening.

Iguazú Falls were breathtaking, and we loved visiting both the Argentine and Brazilian sides. Each side offered unique views and experiences. Despite the slightly uphill hike on the Brazilian side, it was still easy and enjoyable. The guide made the customs process smooth despite the long lines.

It was fantastic to see the Brazilian side of Iguazú Falls too. The hike was manageable, and our guide was very helpful in getting us through customs. It rounded off our exploration of the falls excellently.

The full-day visit to Nibepo Aike Ranch was incredible. The scenic drive through the National Park, with views of glaciers, was just beautiful. At the ranch, we witnessed sheep shearing and enjoyed a nature walk learning about local flora. The highlight was a delicious grilled lamb lunch, which was a true taste of the region's cuisine.

Awesome resort for the price. Breakfast was great. Loved that this was in the jungle!

Very charming boutique hotel!

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Lacked ambiance which out be easily spruced up with some artwork and color in the rooms.

Super amazing views of the mountain from the room! Good sized room. Bathroom could use some upgrades. There’s no A/C and the bathroom fan was broken.

Physically a nice enough Hotel. Very well set up has pool. It's clean. It's big. The beds are comfy. The staff's attitude is crummy and for that reason I would not stay there again

I was super impressed by the dancers and the way that this show was put together covering the 1920s through the indigenous people and the sounds of the Andes from the pipes they played

Really enjoyed our tour with Pablo our guide. We were the only two we had plenty of time with him. We learned a significant amount of the history of the city and of course the river, the peoples that settled there. I always appreciate getting that kind of information it gives you a feeling for what the city was and has become. Lot of architecture and of course tours of the parks which are really overwhelmingly frequent in Buenos Aires

The Remota Patagonia Lodge in Puerto Natales was absolutely lovely. The ambiance and service were excellent, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Hosteria El Paraiso in El Chaltén was not as comfortable as expected due to the lack of air conditioning. The hot weather made it difficult to sleep peacefully. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, as I could have brought a small fan. However, the location itself was beautiful.

The Full-Day Trek to the Base of Torres del Paine was quite interesting. We ended up walking the trail on our own as the guide allowed us to break off due to our quicker pace and the large number of hikers. The guide wasn't necessary since the hike was straightforward, and we felt that only transportation was needed, as the guided aspect was minimal and mostly in Spanish.

The sights were cool but there was way too much time on the boat. We spent more time on the boat than off it and only got to spend 35 minutes at the glacier. There are definitely better tours of the glaciers.

Nice hotel. Most of the people staying here seemed to be business travelers. We enjoyed the proximity to La Boca and Mercado de San Telmo. Hotel breakfast was decent, nothing too fancy.

Entre Cielos is worth every dollar! This is truly a resort. We absolutely loved Entre Cielos and everything it had to offer, including the hamam spa. We wish we had stayed here longer. We stayed in one of the vineyard lofts (Pistachio). Waking up looking out into the vineyard and the mountains was amazing. The amenities and other offerings at this hotel were 5-star!

Basic hotel. Good location. The reason I gave 2 stars is the size of their beds. They are tiny! If the two single beds are together it’s an American queen size bed, not king. And if they are separate they are much more narrower than a regular single bed. On top of that, the pillows are very hard and puffy. And the fitted sheet for a single bed is larger than a bed. So basically you sleep very uncomfortable on the bare mattress all night (because the sheet will roll) and be tired with a neck pain in the morning. Unless you are small person and the queen size bed is ok for two people.

Very nice hotel, about 15 min from the town center, 20 min from the port, and like 30 min from the airport. Rooms are very nice with a view of a beautiful lake! Comfortable beds! Large jacuzzi. Bath robes in the room. Fireplace. Restaurant on premises. Breakfast is quite good, eggs are excellent! Staff is very kind and attentive 🙏. Has a spa facility - with a pool, dry and wet saunas, and couple lounges. My only advice to the hotel management is to make sure saunas are working as it should. We stayed 5 nights and it was a pleasure. Thank you!

We had a quick group tango lesson (by the same guy and a girl who danced in the show later), dinner, and a show. Everything was great! The lesson was fun. Food and wine were excellent. And the show was fantastic! The level of professionalism is top notch (very different from the dancers you see in La Boca restaurants or dancing on the streets). We really loved this night!

It was a very good “introduction to the city” tour, kind of a kaleidoscope of little bits of every borrow. Good for people who don’t have much time in Buenos Aires. Otherwise I would skip it and just tour every neighborhood separately.

I only liked this tour because our guide was very good. Otherwise I would prefer to take a public bus into Colonia, and not waste time stopping at the chocolate factory.

This was a very cute activity. There weren’t too many penguins yet, but a good amount still. Was fun to see them up close.

expensive activity (due to price hike this year) but still so worth it! My favorite activity of the trip. The beauty, the size, the air, the feeling of being on top of the ice doesn’t translate well into pictures unfortunately.

Top notch view, hotel relaxing areas, food, room and staff.

This is a 3 star hotel not 4/5 star as compared to hotels in the States. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast offered was average, room was basic and bed was average. The evening wine offered in the lobby and use of wet and dry Saunas were nice additions. Located near many great restaurants but a bit far from other tourist areas.

Beautiful older hotel with amazing views. Wonderful infinity pool that is heated with a view of the mountains. Afternoon tea was lovely. Restaurant on sites were ok, breakfast was good offering. Room was spacious and clean, bed average, floors creak loudly. Location is far from everything.

Hotel in a jungle setting. Family friendly with a lot of kids running around. Only 1 restaurant on site with staff that was not attentive. Didn’t refill food during breakfast buffet. Didn’t check on us during dinner service. Hotel is walkable to other shops and restaurants but it’s not a short walk and the road is rough.

This is a small older hotel but well kept clean and has friendly staff. Room was small and basic. Great location walkable to down town area. Breakfast was average. Downfall is that the hotel staff goes through in the morning knocking on doors for those that have early tour pick ups but it wakes up all hotel guest.

Nice hotel in wine country and the rooms in the wine barrels are unique. Beds are very comfortable, room is spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. Onsite restaurant was good but limited and it’s a bit far to walk anywhere else. Energy saving hotel requires you to have a key in the slot for the AC to run which I understand but the room would get very hot during the day.

Pick up went smoothly

This was a great experience. The lessons were short but fun. The dinner and show were both great. It was the perfect way to start a trip to Argentina.

This was a great experience. It ended up just being my husband and I making empanadas and drinking wine. Fun experience!

This was more riding on a bus than walking but enjoyed getting to see different parts of the city.

While Interesting I would skip this tour. You are on a bus then a boat just looking and listening.

This was a good tour even though it was cold and rainy. Seeing the Forrest and hearing all about the trees on Victoria Island was fantastic.

We enjoyed the heated infinity pool, afternoon tea and the spa. We were hoping to golf but the weather did not cooperate.

Hiking the glacier was out favorite experience of our 2 weeks in Argentina. It was surprisingly not as cold as we anticipated but we wore layers to accommodate. The hike with crampons on your shoes is no joke as it is a lot of up and down hill and the ice. The whiskey at the end with glacier rocks was awesome.

Our itinerary changed from what we were provided when planning our trip. The first winery we went to was not expecting us and we had to change where we visited. In the end it all worked out and was great. Lunch at El Enamigo is a must.

Once again our itinerary changed from what was provided and one winery we hoped to visit was no longer on the list. Overall a good tour with multiple stops.

This was a great tour of the falls and boat ride into the falls. Very easy walk to multiple view points and our guide was fabulous.
